Denpasar – Bali uproar again, this time not due to acts of terrorism or other criminal activity. But the unrest is caused by a documentary film that tells the struggle of gigolo aka the male entertainer titled Cowboys in Paradise.

The documentary trailer was first circulated among Internet users, it’s on youtube.

Samples approximately 2 minutes duration that depict the lives and activities of an adventurous young man in love in Bali, Kuta Beach in particular. The figure of these youth is athletic body and dark skin, most of them long haired. Anyway, they look excellent beaches typical child with nautical sports such as surfing. Their foreign languages, especially English, are quite smooth.

They look very experienced in attracting female tourists. In some scenes, they look very spoiled by the tourists, like massage and so forth.

Wirmani Amit, who worked on this film titled his film ‘Cowboys in Paradise’. These young people are portrayed like the cowboys who seduced women tourists. This man of Indian descent was not only displays the ‘cowboy’, but also presents an interview with one of the cowboy’s wife. The woman was admitted, her husband often take Caucasian woman to her home.

“When he (husband) came up with guests, I did not sleep with me for one or two days. It’s fine by me,” recalled the woman as she holds her little children.

Objection

Circulation of the film certainly makes Kuta residents iritated. They refused firmly that Kuta Beach called as the free sex paradise for gigolo.

“The villagers do not agree if Kuta beach is called as a place of free sex for gigolo,” said Chairman of the Kuta Beach Task Force, Gusti Ngurah Tresna.

Tresna Kuta said that the public could be aggrieved by the film. According to him, Kuta Beach tourist area offers natural beauty and cultural, not sex tours for tourists.

“The beauty is what we offer to guests,” he said.
