Social anxiety disorder can also be called as social phobia. Once put in any circumstance where there are other individuals involved e.g. auditions, meeting a stranger, auditions as well as plain gatherings, excessive nervousness is felt.

With this condition, the person avoids every social situation because of the symptoms he’ll be having. These indications consists of excessive sweating, nausea, butterflies in the stomach, stuttering, chills, shaking and racing heart. There are many causes that may cause this distress. It may be fear of criticism, shame, low self-esteem or simply bad interaction capabilities.

    A few years ago a friend of mine suffered from anxiety and panic attacks that made it extremely difficult for him to lead a normal happy life. After a lot of misery, he decided to try and see if there were any treatments available for the condition.

    When he set out, he thought he was the only one who had these symptoms and that there was something major wrong with him. Every time he had a panic attack, he thought he was in danger of dying or having a heart attack. The fact is though, that there are millions of people around the world suffering from the same symptoms. Thankfully, nowadays it’s a lot easier to get support and treatment than it used to be too.

    Our society has differing requirements when it comes to gender sensitive problems. Because you’ll find several expectations imposed by our society from women and men. These expectations differ largely among distinct cultures, religious views, sexual orientation and values. We tend to favor females as a result of their innate weakness and femininity even though we treat our males with reverence being the stronger sex. Men oftentimes don’t need to be viewed as the weaker gender which results in feelings of fear, inferiority, and insecurities amongst themselves. This largely impacts their general mental and emotional well-being and can result to several common mens issues.

    Slowing down the time

    When we are in a hurry our mind speed up. That’s when we felt time is moving so fast. The idea is not actually slowing the universal time, but we speed up so that the world slowing down. This “hurry” creates anxiety, anxiety makes time goes faster. And not only that, anxiety can create chaos. Everything you do might go wrong.

    Have you ever be in a hurry when you want to go to work or school? That’s the time I think you almost forget anything but driving in such hurry. That’s also the time when you usually get stuck in traffic, get lost in the way, having an accident.
